A leadership group of students attended the Nebraska Coaches Association Sportsmanship and Leadership Summit in Norfolk. They got a chance to do workshops with Rob Miller of Proactive Coaching and former Boys Town football coach Kevin Kush.

Last week in Animal Science we had the opportunity to butcher a deer. Students learned about the anatomical parts of the animal and we were able to learn about some of the retail cuts as well. Huge thank you to the Trotter family for donating the deer to process. #SchuylerCTE
