Tomorrow football game in Central City will start with the 8th grade playing at 4:30 PM followed by the 7th grade game.

Results from the hardwood, Volleyball hosted Madison tonight. 7C and 7B came away with victories, while 8B came up a little short in tonight’s matches. Great job girls!

Results from Central City and MS Cross Country. Boys finished 2nd and girls in 6th as a team. Against some of the best competition in the state! Great work everyone!

8th grade football team (2-1) fall in a heartbreaking 2OT loss to Lakeview 36-28. Extremely proud of the heart, passion, pride, and class these young men exhibited tonight. Keep your heads up!

7th Grade football team (2-0) continues to roll, picking up a 12-0 win over the Vikings from Lakeview.

Update on Schuyler Middle School Athletics for the week of 9/5/22. 9/8/22 Football at David City starting at 4:30 PM - Only 8th grade will play, 7th will practice. Volleyball at Clarkson-Leigh starts at 4:30 PM in Clarkson. 4 Games 7A, 7B, 8A, and 8B will all be playing.

Yesterday our SMS Band did a great job representing our school in the parade. Great work, Warriors.

Cross country also started their season today. Congratulations to our Boys team they took home the championship at their home meet!! Mynor Hernández meet champion, Miguel Mendez 6th Yeisen Mejia 7th, Brandon Diaz 9th. Girls, Madelyn Mendez 8th, and Citlali Martinez 14th.

Update on Picture Day at SMS! Pictures at SMS will happen on September 13th. Reminders will be sent out as we get closer.

SMS Parents SMS Picture day has been postponed and will NOT take place on Tuesday August 16th. The new date for SMS picture day will be shared as soon as it is set.

Middle School Parents, all students will enter SMS through the 10th street doors in the morning. After school 6th grade parents, please pick up your child near the North 10th St. doors. 7th-8th grade parents are asked to pick up near the South cafeteria doors on 9th St.

Parents, we are excited to see you at our open house at the Middle School Tuesday from 3-8 pm. You can pay fees, pick up your schedule, and check your locker! There will be an information meeting including Title I information at 6pm in the Middle School. See you there!
