From circuits to solutions! Our STEM students are getting hands-on with a lot of Arduino Uno robotics’ projects today, learning how to code the technology that powers our world. It’s amazing to see these ideas come to life one wire at a time, which include a traffic light, lights in a dark street, an electronic piano, a parking assistant system, a mini T.V. through LCD, a potentiometer-controlled LEDs dimmer, household switches/buttons, Christmas lights, a clap-activated light switch through a sound sensor, and a house intruder detector.

This image is a promotional flyer for a children’s reading program featuring a therapy dog. On the left, there’s a photo of a black dog (likely a Labrador) sitting in a car. The dog is wearing a bright pink bandana that says “THERAPDOG” with a medical-style cross symbol. The dog looks friendly, with its tongue out and ears relaxed. On the right side, large bold text reads: “BOOKS WITH BUGSIE!” Below that are two simple paw print graphics. Further down, the flyer lists the event details: Thursdays at 4:30pm May 7, 14, 21, & 28 At the bottom, there’s a short description explaining that Bugsie loves listening to stories. It invites kids to come to the library to read to her, emphasizing that she’s gentle, quiet, and doesn’t mind if readers aren’t perfect—she just enjoys listening. Finally, there’s contact information for registration: a phone number and an email address (schuylerpublib@yahoo.com ). Overall, it’s a friendly, welcoming flyer encouraging kids to practice reading aloud in a low-pressure setting with a therapy dog.
