Junior Golf Camp

Reminder Nebraska D League is putting on a basketball clinic here at the Schuyler High School tomorrow from 9:00-11:30am. All boys and girls going to be in 7th-12th grade are encouraged to attend. Cost is $25 which can be paid the day of camp. This will be a skill building clinic that will help our athletes take their game to the next level.

Thank you to the State Soccer Championship players that visited SMS today. We really appreciate you taking time to visit our students. Also a shoutout to our very own Coach Rocha. Parents/Guardians, Thursday is our last day of school. All middle school students are asked to leave their backpacks at home. Lockers will be open and cleaned out. If a student brings a backpack, it will have to be left in the office during the school day. We are also encouraging students to leave cell phones at home since backpacks and locker will not be available. If students bring a cell phone, they will need to turn it in to their teacher each period of the day. Any cell phone used during the school day will be taken to the office and the student may pick it up after school. Thank you for your help in making our last day a smooth transition. Padres/Tutores, El jueves es nuestro último día de clases. Se les pide a todos los estudiantes de SMS que dejen sus mochilas en casa. Los casilleros estarán abiertos y vacíos. Si un estudiante trae una mochila, deberá dejarla en la oficina durante la jornada escolar. También animamos a los estudiantes a dejar sus celulares en casa, ya que no habrá mochilas ni casilleros disponibles. Si traen un celular, deberán entregárselo a su maestro/a en cada periodo del día. Cualquier celular usado durante la jornada escolar se llevará a la oficina y el estudiante podrá recogerlo después de clases. Gracias por su ayuda para que nuestro último día fuera una transición sin problemas.

Miss Becker's class enjoyed the day at the Lincoln Children's Zoo. La clase de la señorita Becker disfrutó el día en el Zoológico de Niños de Lincoln.

The 6th Grade had their annual field day on Friday, May 9th. El sexto grado tuvo su día de campo anual el viernes 9 de mayo.

Winners of the Sertoma Essay Contest were 3rd place: Marissa, 2nd place: Roxy, and 1st place: Sheyla. Congratulations! Los ganadores del Concurso de Ensayos de Sertoma fueron: Marissa (3.er lugar), Roxy (2.º lugar) y Sheyla (1.er lugar). ¡Felicidades!

The SCS Fieldhouse will be closed Thursday May 15th 2025 due to Schuyler Warriors playing at the Boys State Soccer Tournament.
